Heather Dusek stands as a seasoned professional in the beauty and personal care industry, bringing over 15 years of dedicated experience to her role as North American Personal Care Account Manager at Advancion. Based in the vibrant Chicago area, Heather has cultivated a career marked by versatility, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Heather‘s journey in the beauty and personal care sector began over a decade and a half ago when she embarked on her professional odyssey as a formulator with Alberto Culver, later acquired by Unilever. In her early days, Heather immersed herself in the art and science of formulation, developing a deep understanding of the intricacies that underpin product creation in the beauty industry, particularly in the field of hair styling. Over the years, Heather has evolved into a multifaceted professional, specializing in multifunctional amino alcohols and botanicals. Her expertise in these areas positions her as a go-to resource for clients seeking innovative solutions in personal care formulations. Heather‘s in-depth knowledge of the industry and her ability to navigate the complexities of cosmetic science have been key contributors to her success. As the North American Personal Care Account Manager at Advancion, Heather plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with clients. Her dedication to customer satisfaction, coupled with her technical proficiency, has made her an invaluable asset to the company. Heather is known for her strategic approach to sales, always seeking to understand and address the unique needs of each client. Tanner Wortham leads the company’s laboratory operations, focusing his efforts on quality, analytical testing, research and development, and product development.

His core focus at The Perfumery is to ensure that its customers receive the highest quality products that embody our exemplary standards.

Tanner has built his career at The Perfumery, beginning as an Analytical Chemist within the company’s lab and eventually moving on to managing the Perfumery Lab and now operating as the Technical Director. He oversees the creation and development of hundreds of natural and clean fragrance blends that are used by some of the largest and most influential companies in Personal Care. Tanner holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Indiana University Southeast, graduating at the top of his class. In his spare time, Tanner can be found spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, brewing beer, or hiking.
